Moonray

Thirty days, no argument.

If within thirty days of purchase Moonray is not right, for any reason, email hi@moonray.life and we will refund you in full. If the storyteller is not comfortable, or is not interested, or plans changed. No form to fill in, no justification required.

The thirty days end early in one case only: when you send the book to the printer. That is the point of no return — it commits us to the print run — so the guarantee ends there, and we tell you so on the screen before you send it. Approving the book does not end it: you can approve, change your mind, and reopen it for more edits for as long as nothing has gone to the printer. If something arrives damaged or wrong, that is a different thing: tell us and we will fix it.
